Overview
For an online communications research class, we were tasked with making a research report about a company's audiences. Because of their quirky social media presence, I wanted to see what Duolingo's main audiences look like and how that translates to learning new languages. Through primary and secondary research such as MRI Simmons and other research databases, surveys, and focus groups, I was able to find suggestions for content planners at Duolingo, take a look!
